My Geocaching Profile
The next morning we met the group in the market town of Azrou at 10am ... though we did get a little lost after taking a wrong turn in Ifane .... a couple of helpful people and a police man got us back on track.

After meeting the group and our guides, Graham and Hassan, we secure 2 days worth of supplies from the local market, loaded our vehicle with our camping kit, set up the cb and set off. After a few tarmac miles it was off road into the Cedar Forest. A picnic lunch refuled us and we were off again through the foests and valleys of the Middle Atlas Mountains until we got to our wilderness camp at about 4pm. We made camp, cooked up a veggie curry on the gas stove and then had a few beers around a roaring camp fire. The night sky was very clear and the stars looked fantastic ... various experiments with bacardi and a vist from some men "borrowing" wood from the forest had made for an interesting evening!
